Delete your Allergy Detective AI account

You can request deletion of your Allergy Detective AI account and all associated data at any time. You do not need to open or reinstall the mobile app to do this.
Option 1: Sign in and delete
If you can access your account, sign in to Allergy Detective AI and delete your account directly from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or use the button below.
Option 2: Email support
Can't sign in? Send an email from the address associated with your account and we'll process your request:
We'll verify your identity using the email address associated with your account, then process the deletion.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your Allergy Detective AI account and authentication identity are removed
- All health logs, symptoms, foods, products, activities, medications, and environmental records are permanently deleted
- All AI analyses, alerts, watch list items, experiments, and investigation checkpoints are deleted
- All profile data, achievements, streaks, and badges are deleted
- Photos and files you uploaded are removed with their associated records
- You are signed out and your session is invalidated
Some records may be retained where legally required, such as payment and billing records processed by our payment processor (Stripe). These records are handled consistently with our Privacy Policy and are not used for any other purpose.
For your security, if you request deletion via email, please contact us from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity before processing the request.
